The Gulfstream G650 Private Charter Jet
The Gulfstream G650 is a twin-engine business jet aircraft currently under development.Publicly announced in March of 2008. The G650 is expected to be the largest, fastest and most expensive aircraft ever produced by Gulfstream.
The G650 will have a maximum speed of Mach 0.925 and a range of up to 7,000 NM. Another advantage of the Gulfstream G650 is its low weight which will enable it to fly in and out of smaller airports unable to be entered by similair sized aircraft.
The G650 has sixteen oval cabin windows measuring are 28 inches wide. Having the largest windows in its class will enable passengers to have more natural light thus helping to prevent fatigue. The G650 is also expected to fly at higher altitudes than almost any other business jet.
Orders for the G650 have been robust with a starting cost of $58,500,000. Deliveries of the G650 are expected in 2012.
