Rent or Charter a Hawker 4000

 

Anytime an aeronautics design group heads back to the drawing board they have choices to make. Should their new craft be faster?  Have longer range? Or be more affordable to operate? The team at Raytheon didn’t have to make any of those choices when they began to put together the Hawker 4000 because they ended up creating a super mid-sized private jet that score on all three of those categories: speed, range and cost. 

Anywhere between eight to ten flyers can be comfortably ensconced in the spacious cabin of the Hawker 4000. That’s simply because the 29 feet of length, 6 feet of height and 6.5 feet of width ranks as one of the roomiest cabins for jets in this class. Those flyers will also benefit from 115 cubic feet of baggage space along with all the first class perks of private jet flying including a full sized bathroom, power plugs for office equipment and a fully stocked galley. 

Powering up the Hawker 4000 will be two Pratt & Whitney Canada PW308A engines. In terms of takeoff space, the Hawker 4000 just needs 5,088 feet at sea level or in 7,625 feet with a runway at an elevation of 5,000 feet. Simply put, that means this jet can pretty much takeoff and set down anywhere. All it takes is twenty minutes to hit a ceiling of 41,000 feet. At that height, the jet can cruise through the clouds at a speed of 470 knots. Additional improvements include an upgraded anti-ice system and landing gear. Anyway you look at it the Hawker 4000 is a winning combination!
